EXPERIENCE
Don Spencer has practiced architecture for the past 34 years
in California, Colorado, Texas and Wyoming.
RDS Architects was established in San Francisco in 1988.
Prior to that time, Mr. Spencer was partner in charge of the
municipal and educational division of PGA & Spencer Architects,
established in 1949, with offices in Dallas, Austin and Houston.

Don was Principal in charge of the new H. Allen Hight Learning
Center in Sacramento, CA.

Don is currently Principal in Charge for the RDS project in
Sunnyvale, CA. being designed as a new location for Austin, TX
based Silicon Labs. Silicon Labs is an industry leader in the
innovation of high performance communications and telecom
technology.
